VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS

If you know the ministry you would like to serve in, get started by filling out the appropriate volunteer application below.  Note that applications will take 5-15 minutes depending on your responses and is easiest to complete on a tablet or computer.

Below are employment opportunities at North Coast Church.  If you feel you are a good fit, fill out the employment application (you can also upload your resume as part of the application process).  For more information about the postings, email [email protected].

Position:  Paid Childcare Staff at Vista Campus

The Childcare Ministry offers childcare for parents attending mid-week Bible studies or classes. We have regular events on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and on Thursday nights, as well as other occasional events.

If you’ve got some extra time in your schedule and would like to work regularly or on a fill-in basis, fill out the application.  Be sure to indicate the position you are interested in is Vista Childcare.

Hours: 5-10 hours/week
Qualifications:

  • Love God and Children
  • Have an understanding of the Bible
  • Customer service – friendly, compassionate, welcoming, good communication skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Age 16 and older
  • Starting pay is minimum wage

Position:  Paid Childcare Staff at San Marcos/Escondido Campus

The San Marcos/Escondido paid Childcare Team is hiring. We have regular hours available on Thursday mornings, as well as other evening events. The Childcare team makes it possible for parents to attend The Well (our women’s Bible study) and other church classes and events.

If you’ve got some extra time in your schedule and would like to pick up some paid childcare shifts fill out the application. Be sure to indicate position you are interested in is San Marcos/Escondido Childcare.

Position: Marketing and Events Coordinator

North Coast Training is a unique ministry of North Coast Church. It is focused on equipping and training pastors across the nation, and world. The marketing and events coordinator will work closely with the Director of North Coast Training at the Vista Campus.

Responsibilities include…

  • Oversight and promotion on all social media channels for North Coast Training.
  • Event promotion management utilizing active campaign, social media, and website updates.
  • YouTube responsibilities: content development; provide edits to Video team, and post/manage loading of videos and engagement on channel. On-site recording will be done on Mondays and Tuesdays whenever possible.
  • On-site support for workshops and events.
  • Light administrative duties.

Hours: 20-25 hours weekly. Office hours required; schedule is flexible.
Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Email, Internet, WordPress, and Social Media for business use.
  • Understands content management, copywriting, basic graphic, design, and marketing principles.
  • The ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal ministries.
  • Organized, thorough, and strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to execute new ideas and programs effectively.
