NORTH COAST CHURCH

Weddings at North Coast Church are available on select days.

Vista: Typically offered on select Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Saturday weddings must begin by 11:00 AM and conclude by 12:30 PM.

Pauma Valley: Availability includes select Friday evenings and Saturdays.

Our standard wedding package is $1,500, with pricing adjustments based on the number of guests. A $200 cleaning/damage deposit is due at the time of contract signing. 

CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT 

1. A cleaning/damage deposit of $200 is due at the time of contract signing, payable by check or money order.
2. Any items brought in by the family (such as rentals, flowers, or décor) must be removed by the family at the end of the ceremony. The site coordinator is not responsible for returning rentals or managing post-event deliveries.
3. All rooms used by the wedding party—including the bridal room, groom’s room, and ceremony area—must be cleaned and cleared by the family.
4. If any property damage occurs during the event, the cleaning/damage deposit will be used to cover the cost of repair or replacement. If the cost exceeds the deposit amount, the additional expense will be charged to the payee.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Event reservation refunds may be granted on cancellations, and the amount of the refund will depend on the time of cancellation. 

The site coordinator is compensated directly through this wedding agreement. In appreciation of the time and effort already dedicated to planning, a portion of their fee will cover the hours invested up to this point.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: REQUIRED SERVICE STAFF

North Coast Church requires at least one service staff person for every 100 guests. If your wedding will exceed 200 guests, additional staff members will be added at an additional cost of $40 per hour.

Can I get married at North Coast Church?
North Coast Church welcomes couples who have completed our Preparing for Marriage class and are active members or regular attendees of our weekend services. If you have questions about eligibility, please contact Sarah Lotito through the church office.

How much does it cost to have a wedding at North Coast Church?
We offer wedding ceremonies only for a flat rate of $1,500 for up to 200 guests.

Can I hold my reception at North Coast Church?
Unfortunately, we do not host reception-only events or wedding receptions.

Who can officiate our wedding ceremony?
We strongly prefer that a North Coast Church pastor officiate all weddings held on campus. If you’d like to request another pastor, that must be approved in advance by a North Coast Pastor through the site coordinator. If you don’t have a preference, we’ll gladly assign one for you.

Is alcohol or dancing allowed?

• Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on campus.

• Ceremonial dancing is allowed. The site coordinator will work with your family and/or DJ to ensure music and dancing align with North Coast Church’s values and expectations.

How far in advance can we book our wedding?
Weddings can be booked up to 6 months in advance. We’re unable to make exceptions to this policy.

Can we have an outdoor wedding?

• Vista Campus: Outdoor ceremonies are an option; however, please note the campus remains open to the public, and we can’t guarantee full privacy or control over outside activity.

• Pauma Valley Campus: Both indoor and outdoor ceremonies are available.

Do we need to use a North Coast Church site coordinator?
Yes. The site coordinator and wedding administrator are included in the wedding package and are essential to making sure your day runs smoothly.
