Connections Team Member

Reach out to people connected to North Coast—new attenders, returning guests, or those needing encouragement.

Online Service Chat Moderator

You’re the first face (or message!) that guests see during our services. You help create a warm, engaging online church experience.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and engage with people during our live-streamed services.
You’re a Fit If You:
- You’re comfortable in online chats
- You enjoy welcoming others and helping them feel at home
- You can stay positive, helpful, and kind
Administrative Support

Every thriving ministry needs people who keep things running smoothly. You make that possible.
What You’ll Do:
Help behind the scenes with scheduling, email follow-ups, data entry, and communication support.
You’re a Fit If You:
- You’re organized and detail-oriented
- You enjoy logistics and behind-the-scenes work
- You want to support the team in a quiet but vital way
Life Group Leader
Why This Role Matters:
You help others grow in faith and community. Life Group Leaders are on the frontlines of discipleship at North Coast.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a weekly sermon-based small group and care for the spiritual growth of your members.
Prerequisites:
- Have participated in a Life Group for at least one quarter
- Recommended by your Life Group Leader
- Committed to following Christ for at least one year
You’re a Fit If You:
- You enjoy leading discussions and building community
- You care deeply for others’ spiritual growth
- You’re willing to commit to leadership training
