The death of a loved one changes you forever. Your life will never be the same. The new normal of living without your loved one is a struggle for all. Our grief groups are for those learning to live after the death of a loved one. Our supportive environment helps those at all stages of your grief journey. The leaders are dedicated to teaching and supporting those mending a broken heart.
OPEN PROCESS GROUP
VISTA CAMPUS | FRIDAYS 10AM | LEARNING CENTER ROOM 2
In this group, we offer people the opportunity to talk about whatever they need to share. An open group means that all can share, or listen, and the topics of discussion vary according to the needs of the group. Walk-ins welcome!
GRIEFSHARE
SAN MARCOS/ESCONDIDO CAMPUS | MONDAYS 6:30-8:30 PM
Begins September 15
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way. You must register for the group at the GriefShare website and a materials fee is required.
