Campus Production Director – Fallbrook
Reports to: Campus Pastor
Works closely with: Global Production Director, Global AVL Directors, Campus staff, and volunteers

Purpose of Position:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of volunteers to provide technical AVL support for weekend and midweek services at North Coast Church.

Ensure the campus and its venues are prepared and properly covered for weekend services, events, and midweek services.
- Oversee that all tech equipment across the campus is functioning at optimal levels and is being used properly.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Manage volunteer and staff schedules for weekend services and all midweek events.
- Proactively create a volunteer appreciation program, including encouraging texts, notes, and more.
- Ensure the successful production of weekend services, midweek ministries, and special events through proactive communication with ministry leads and volunteers.
- Oversee and maintain all tech equipment across the campus, bringing in Global AVL support when needed to ensure all rooms and venues are functional and ready for services.
- Meet with key stakeholders (Worship Leader, Pastors, etc…) to create a clear and precise vision of the worship experience, including audio mix examples, decibel levels, lighting expectations, and service flow for each venue.
- Effectively lead the tech staff and volunteers in the venue each weekend by creating a fun and welcoming environment while keeping a high standard of production.

Ensure campus ministries receive a high level of service from the tech staff.
- Run audio, lighting, and video positions in the booth as needed.
- Be the primary tech contact for staff and volunteers and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed for the campus.
- Create processes that can be carried out to keep weekend services consistent week to week.

Keep the worship and tech teams on time and knowledgeable of all service elements and relevant information.
- Know the AVL signal chain and cable runs in the venue to help diagnose any problems that arise.
- Work closely with the Global AVL Directors for equipment installations and larger repair needs for the campus.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of, and continued growth, education, and skill development in audio, lighting, and broadcast systems.
- Provide AVL tech support for global events and services when needed.
- Attend all Tech Team, Campus, and Organizational gatherings, meetings, trainings, etc.
- Perform any other duties needed to help achieve team objectives.

Campus Tech Director – Carlsbad Campus
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- Ensure the campus and its venues are prepared and properly covered for weekend services, events, and midweek services.
- Oversee that all tech equipment across the campus is functioning at optimal levels and is being used properly.
- Communicate and lead teams of staff and volunteers in the booth and on stage and ensure the volunteers are appreciated.
- Help ensure the successful production of the campus weekend services, midweek ministry needs, and special events.
- Learn and practice building great communication and relationships between the ministries and the Tech Team.
- Help recruit, train, and develop volunteers and other staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Support and care for the tech staff and volunteers.
Maintain communication and relationships with campus pastors and ministries. - Ensure campus ministries receive a high level of service from the tech staff.
- Meet with venue producers, worship directors, and pastors to create a clear and precise vision of the attendee experience. This includes audio mix examples, decibel levels, lighting expectations, and service flow for each venue.
- Effectively lead the tech staff and volunteers in the venue each weekend by creating a fun and welcoming environment while keeping a high standard of production.
- Keep the worship and tech teams on time and knowledgeable of all service elements and relevant information.
- Run sound, lighting, and video in the booth as needed.
Be a primary tech contact on weekends, responding to radio calls, and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed. - Communicate using 2-way radios and Microsoft Teams throughout the weekend for essential information.
- Create processes that can be carried out to keep weekend services consistent week to week.
- Troubleshoot any problems or issues during the week that come up during the weekend. Bring in support staff if needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure equipment is being used properly, installed correctly, and fixed in a timely manner.
- Know the AVL signal chain and cable runs in the venues to help diagnose problems that arise.
- Work closely with the AVL Directors for equipment installations in the venue.
- Manage the AVL systems across the campus, ensure all classrooms are functional and ready, troubleshoot and correct minor issues, and coordinate with the AVL Directors for larger repairs and projects.
- Grow the team intentionally by assisting with volunteer recruitment, and provide ongoing direction, training, and support to volunteers across North Coast campuses.
- Maintain a robust volunteer appreciation program, and train staff on how to create a warm and inviting experience with volunteers.
- Work within the tech ticketing system to ensure prompt service and correction of issues at the campus.
- Maintain a basic knowledge, continued growth, education, and skill development in audio lighting, and broadcast systems.
- Provide AVL tech support for global events and services when needed.

Childcare Staff
The Childcare Ministry offers childcare for parents attending mid-week Bible studies or classes. Each campus has regular events on various mornings and evenings, as well as other occasional events.
Qualifications:

Facility Crew Associate (Rancho Bernardo Campus)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- To assist the RB Facility Crew in setting up BHMS into a church setting before services and returning it to school use after North Coast services are complete.
- To get the school ready for church.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Arrive on time – call time will be Sundays at 7:00am (time subject to change). As we get more efficient, the call time will most likely flex to a later time.
- Unload North Coast Church contents out of the storage containers and set up children’s classrooms, multi-Purpose Room, and outdoor furniture according to schematics.
- Ensure grounds are clear of debris and are pleasant for our guests.
- Tear down all church gear after services and load contents back into storage containers.
- Ensure the school grounds (indoor and outdoor) are returned to original condition using schematics and photos.

Global Department Head – Adult Ministries
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- The Global Adult Ministries Pastor provides strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for all adult discipleship ministries across North Coast Church campuses. Life Groups remain the primary engagement strategy for discipleship, and this role ensures that all adult ministry expressions — including Life Groups, singles, marriage, men’s, women’s, military, vocational, and emerging ministries — are intentionally aligned with that strategy.
- As a global leader, this role partners with campuses, the global ministry team (Family & Impact Ministries), and global operations to co-create products (ministries, events, resources), processes (systems and structures), and training (equipping campus leaders to execute with health, unity, collaboration, and innovation). The Global Adult Ministries Pastor is a galvanizer who leads with influence, not positional authority, equipping campuses to
pastor adults intentionally and help them take their next steps in following Jesus.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Life Groups (core engagement strategy)
- Develop, lead, and champion the purpose, strategy (5 practices of a healthy small group ministry), and culture of Life Groups across all campuses.
- Monitor the health of groups by campus, station-in-life, and Life Group Pastor, utilizing ministry insights and dashboards.
- Support, train, and coach Life Group Pastors across campuses to fully embody a healthy small group ministry.
Galvanize the Life Group lead team and the leader guide writing team.
Adult Ministries Beyond Life Groups
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for adult ministries such as singles, marriage, men, women, military, vocational, and other emerging ministries
- Ensure these ministries are aligned with the Life Group strategy as the primary discipleship pathway.
- Co-create ministry products and processes with campus leaders and global operational leaders to resource and equip campuses for effective execution.
- Champion innovation by evaluating current ministry offerings and piloting new approaches to meet the discipleship needs of adults across life stages.
Global Leadership Responsibilities
- Serve campuses by co-creating products, processes, and training for adult ministry.
- Coach and equip campus/adult ministry staff to execute ministries in alignment with North Coast’s vision and strategy.
- Facilitate collaboration across campuses to ensure unity, shared strategy, and mutual learning.
- Develop dashboards and scorecards for measuring ministry health (participation, growth, leader retention, service engagement, etc.).
- Host regional and campus-level gatherings to equip and encourage campus staff.
- Represent Adult Ministries in cross-department global ministry planning and strategy.

Preschool Teacher – Substitute – Vista

- The Preschool Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate program for young children in an environment that is warm, nurturing, and enriching.
