North Coast Training, a ministry of North Coast Church, hosted a two-day conference at the Vista Campus to equip church leaders of all kinds with training from ministry experts in and outside the church. The conference which took place October 17 – 19, 2022, provided incredible content to help pastors and church leaders create healthy thriving ministries. With keynotes and breakout sessions, ministry staff teams gained inspiration and practical tools to help take their ministries to the next level.
