Resources for Children’s Ministry (KidMin)

FOR THOSE WHO WORK WITH CHILDREN

As children’s ministry (KidMin) workers, we are called to extend an open invitation to all children to meet Jesus, know Him, love Him and serve Him. These resources are designed to address some of your most pressing training needs so that you are better equipped to extend an invitation that is intentional and purposeful. We hope you are inspired and energized to welcome children and their families to your classrooms as a result of your time spent with us.

Coast Kids (KidMin) Leadership Conference 2023

What does it take to stand out from the volunteer crowd at North Coast Church? In this breakout session, we’ll discuss the five characteristics (using the acronym S.T.A.F.F.) that will result in more responsibility, more exposure, more opportunity, and maybe even a staff position for you! But even if none of that interests you, you’ll learn about what is expected of all North Coast Church volunteers, regardless of the ministry in which you serve. Knowing these expectations will help you serve successfully and with purpose, which is a win for you, those you serve, North Coast Church, and the Kingdom at large. Presented by Ashlie Hufferd and Gina Sur

From Series: "Coast Kids (KidMin) Leadership Conference 2023"

North Coast Church Children’s Ministry (KidMin) is pleased to host our third annual leader conference - Fishing for Tiny Humans. Formerly known as Sticky Teams KidMin, this conference is designed for KidMin volunteers and staff — those who have been called to fish for tiny humans! We appreciate how unique, challenging, and rewarding this calling can be, so it is our desire to provide training and encouragement to support you in your role as a “fisherman.” It includes encouragement from keynote speaker Chris Brown and breakout sessions.
