CONFERENCE SPEAKERS

Melody Workman
Speaker & Teacher
Melody Workman is an Executive Director at Sandals Church, Teacher and Motivational Speaker who loves helping women fall in love with Jesus – while laughing a little along the way. She teaches with humor and storytelling, because real life is messy, faith is a journey, and Jesus gets all of that…He gets us.
She’s been married for over 25 years to her husband Adam (Discipleship Pastor), is the mom to three young adults, and is currently enjoying her newest title: proud mother-in-law. (still pinching herself over this one).
Melody values honesty over perfection and believes real freedom begins when we stop pretending. She often reminds women that “a fake life will never be a free life,” and loves creating space for women to come to Jesus as they are, encounter His grace and experience true freedom.

Tracie Moss

Through her story, her leadership, and her unwavering faith in Christ, Koko lives to encourage, equip, and empower others to trust God’s sovereignty, walk boldly in self-advocacy, and remain faithful—even in the hardest seasons.
