6 - The HUGE Difference Between A Religion And A Relationship (Samuel)

Message from Chris Brown on November 20-21, 2021. You may have heard it said that Christianity is a relationship, not a religion, but exactly how would you separate the two? Since a relationship is simply defined as the way two or more people are connected, is there a way we can connect with God other than through religion? Today’s teaching will answer those questions for us, and we may just find that truly connecting with God is as simple as connecting with a friend. Why Your Best Will Never Be Good Enough (Saul) |  Teaching Pastor: TJ McDaniel  |  Date: November 27, 2021

The corruptibility of the human heart is both fascinating and terrifying; even when we have the best of intentions, our sin nature consistently taints our efforts, relationships and integrity. King Saul is a tragic example of the danger we present to ourselves when we step out from under God’s leadership, and why humble dependence on God is so vital to our well-being.

It’s Christmas Outreach time! Now through December 12.
