This workshop will help marriages that are struggling as well as marriages that want to build a closer connection. It is based on Dr. Willard Haley’s book, His Needs, Her Needs. You’ll discover not only your own needs but most importantly you’ll discover your spouse’s needs as well. We’ll also discuss the #1 communication secret in relationships and learn how to implement it immediately.

A Closer Look at Islam

Nearly 20% of the world’s population is Muslim. That’s a lot of Muslims. Sadly, few Christians understand Islam or have any idea how to reach out with a response of compassion and truth. This class will demystify what Islam is about and assist in reaching and understanding your Muslim neighbor in a way that builds common ground, is respectful, and points Muslims to the truth found in the Gospel.

Writing Your Will

What happens to your estate, possessions, or children if something happens to you? We know this is truly the unthinkable, but we are called to be prepared! This workshop will teach you the ins and outs of wills versus living trusts. By the end of the evening you will have completed your own Holographic Will to take care of this very issue.

Seder Dinner

Rabbi Barney Kasdan will lead us in a traditional Seder Dinner, the feast commemorating the exodus of the Jews from Egypt. This is the same Passover dinner that Jesus ate with His disciples just before His betrayal and crucifixion, and where our communion celebration comes from. Rabbi Barney will explain the Seder elements, their symbolism and significance for Christians. Includes traditional dinner, music and dance troupe.
