BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Breakout Sessions take place Saturday morning and features ladies from North Coast and beyond. Sessions share multiple ways to grow your faith and provide practical life encouragement. Registration for breakout sessions is not needed. Peruse the topics below and attend any session of your choosing.
Culture is loud about body image—but God’s voice is truer. This session invites women to step away from comparison and performance and into a biblical understanding of the body as sacred and set apart. Learn how to honor God with your body while rejecting the pressure to conform to the world’s definition of beauty or worth.
Do you end most days exhausted yet still behind? This breakout invites women to courageously rethink busyness, learn from Jesus’ rhythm of rest and priorities, and discover a more life-giving pace marked by peace, purpose, and abundance.
We are created for connection—but relationships can be complicated. This breakout explores how to navigate difficult conversations with grace, use conflict to build stronger bonds, and apply biblical wisdom to real-life relationships. You’ll walk away with practical action steps for loving well, even when life gets messy.
What does it look like to stand firm in spiritual battles and walk in the authority Jesus has given us? In this breakout, you’ll gain clarity on spiritual warfare, the gifts of the Spirit, and how to live empowered by God daily. You’ll leave equipped with practical tools to recognize challenges, stand strong in faith, and engage both the defensive and offensive strategies of a Spirit-led life.
Anxiety touches every generation differently, but God’s peace is available to all. This session looks at cultural pressures, generational experiences, and practical, faith-centered ways to live with greater calm and trust.
Many Christian women believe courage means pushing through or staying positive no matter what. But what if true courage begins with honest reflection? Drawing from Scripture, brain science, and personal experience, Alicia reframes emotional awareness as spiritual maturity—not weakness. Women will gain practical, grace-filled tools to move from overwhelm to clarity, experiencing deeper peace in relationships and everyday life.
The Lost Art of Lament – Embracing Seasons of Loss and Grief for Ourselves and Others. This session explores how the Psalms give language to both faith and grief. Through Scripture—including the Psalms and the story of Job—participants will discover the spiritual significance of lament, learn how to invite God into seasons of sorrow, and gain practical tools for walking alongside others in times of loss.
