Moving Through Trauma

Trauma is woven into the tapestry of life and the effects place a heavy burden on individuals, families, and communities. Join us in exploring video teachings from the experts at Share the Struggle, including Matthias Barker, Cathy Loerzel and Benji Horning.

In this class you can expect to gain the skills to move towards deeper connection with people, implement tools to get to the root of deep struggles to untangle complex emotions, create space for the presence of the Holy Spirit and the love of God, and experience freedom in the present.

When: 8-Week Class meets Mondays, June 26, July 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, August 7, 14 at 7pm
