Theresa Kidwell oversees the Leadership Team as the Children's Pastor for Birth through Pre-K.  She is also the Director of the Little Coasters weekend ministry.  She began working with North Coast Church children as a volunteer in 1998, and came on staff in 2000.  Theresa has a BS degree in Business Administration, with numerous units in Child Development.
