About The Seapy Family
In the early years, when North Coast Church only had 240 attendees, Chet and JoAnn led growth groups and guided the church's missions ministry. After taking a missions trip with Pastor Larry to Venezuela, the Seapys felt God's leading to move their whole family to Caracas, where they served for ten years, helping to plant new churches and train small group leaders.
Today Chet serves as CRM's Director of Cross-cultural Ministries and oversees ministry teams serving in 18 countries including the regions of Asia, Africa, Europe, Russia, Latin America and the Middle East.
Mission
The Seapys' mission is to develop leaders that will strengthen and start churches worldwide. They develop systems and strategies that greatly improve a church's ability to reach the unchurched.
They are committed to discipleship and the centrality of the local church in God's plan for reaching the world with the good news of Jesus. Ministry opportunities include two-year internships, short-term mission projects, exposure trips, and career positions.
