Pastor, Single Adult Ministry
- Pastor Jim Bouck
Jim Bouck has served here at North Coast Church as our Pastor with Single Adults since Feb. 2007. He has ministered with single adults off and on since 1981. He has also served as a Senior Pastor and as a Missions pastor. Jim's wanderlust and mission involvement has taken him to each continent except the Antarctic, and to 50 countries. He has also led over 40 short-term mission trips. In 1975 he climbed Mt. Ararat, Turkey in Search of Noah's Ark. He still enjoys travel as well as hiking and photography. Jim received his Bachelors degree from Biola University, a Masters of Divinity from Talbot Seminary (both in La Mirada, CA) and a Doctor of Ministry from Western Seminary in Portland.
He and Ann have been married 32 years and have grown two sons. Their near divorce 27 years ago sensitized them to the struggles of single adults whom they have served much of their ministry career. They both love Jesus and serving Him and Christian Singles is in their DNA.
Ann works as a Nurse Practitioner, their older son Jim Jr. is married and is a pilot with American Eagle Airlines based in Dallas. Their younger son Josh is a free spirit who also loves missions and travel. He hopes to soon be a fire fighter.
Their country home serves as home base for many Singles ministry activities. To fill their downtime, they care for two cats, a pit bull named Rosco, six chickens, a tortoise named Jasper, a 3 foot python and a 7 foot Boa named "Bo". All their pets are kid friendly!

Women's Director
- Pam Clark
Pam Clark, licensed MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist) is the single mom of three grown sons. She's been on the North Coast Church Counseling Staff for over 11 years, and is also Single Purpose Women's Ministry, Single Parents and Support Group Director. Her passion is to support and encourage others in their growth and healing, and to assist them in developing communication, problem solving and relational skills. Having grown up both in the U.S. and abroad, Pam's heart includes ministering to people of different cultures both here and in Africa. Pam was previously on the Faculty of USC for 13 years. In her spare time she loves to walk, swim, sing, garden, be with her sons, spend time with friends and travel.

Administrative Assistant
- Sharon Jordan
Born in Oceanside, Sharon is a native Southern Californian. She has been on staff at North Coast Church since 2001 and really enjoys working with the Single Adult Ministry. She met her husband, Andrew, through the 20something ministry, and they were married on May 19, 2006. Sharon and Andrew currently reside in Vista with their pit bull named Princess. In her spare time, she enjoys walking on the beach, doing crafts, scrapbooking, and just hanging out with her husband.

Activities Coordinator
- Jeanette Wallace
Jeanette Wallace has lived in North County many years, graduating from Oceanside High School. She now resides in Vista with her daughters, Sydney, 16 and Delaney, 14. She has attended North Coast Church since 2002 and has been on the Single Adult Ministry staff for two years. Jeanette loves all the fun and adventure that North County offers and you can often find her riding along the church property on her horse, Raven. She stays very busy raising her daughters and loves just being a mom. In her spare time she enjoys gardening in her yard, caring for the family pets, walking on the beach, hiking, hanging out with friends, and loves to travel when the opportunity arises.
