Silver Oak is a residential care facility for Elderly.  Their goal is to create an environment and opportunity for residents to lead more enjoyable, meaningful and vigorous lives.

This project focuses on bringing volunteers and the residents of the Sr. living home together in a way that can enrich each of their lives.
