Mission
Millions of teenagers in the nation and across the globe need caring adults to help their spiritual and leadership development through establishing a relationship with Jesus.

The National Network of Youth Ministries (NNYM) unites youth workers and national ministries to reach teenagers. Establishing healthy local networks benefits students through having connected and trained youth workers. The Network also promotes the coordination of See You At The Pole, a student-initiated prayer movement. Across the globe, over 2 million students pray for their schools annually on the fourth Wednesday of September.

Kevin is the Leadership Training Coordinator for NNYM. With 20 years of youth ministry experience and masters degrees in education and organizational leadership, he develops coaching and training resources for local network coordinators across the country. His work also impacts youth worker networking internationally.

The goal is to connect every youth worker into a healthy local network across America. This will be done through establishing 3,900 healthy youth worker networks across America and encourage healthy networking throughout the globe. At present there are over 1,000 networks nationally.
