The pool is about the size and depth of a large hot tub and the step to get in is similar to getting into your tub at home.  There is a railing and we will have staff there to help you if needed.    When it's your turn to be baptized, the pastor, family member or friend that you choose to baptize you will ask you a question something like this,  "Have you made a decision to trust God with your life and to follow Him?" 

After you answer, the person baptizing you will then immerse you backward into the water. This is quick; don't worry, you won't be underwater long and the water will be warm. Afterwards, a team member will direct you to a spot where you can meet friends and family, dry off and then change clothes.

Note:  If you would like to have a family member or friend baptize you, please let us know who it is and plan on having them attend our pre-baptism meeting.
