• Continue to talk about your group’s plans for the Fall
• Pray for new Leaders & Hosts to be raised up for Fall
• Hand out and collect Feedback forms and review them with your host (this week or next week)

 

THE MEETING

Growth Group Announcements

Discuss Plans for the Fall - Find out from group if they know their plans for being part of the group in the Fall.  They can indicate their plans on the feedback forms.

Feedback Forms - Have your group fill out their feedback forms.  Let them know how important their honest feedback is for you as leader and host.  Make sure you allow plenty of time to complete the forms.  Collect them at the end of the meeting, and review them with your host.  Deliver them to the office by dropping them off at the Growth Group drop box in your venue or mail to the Growth Group office.  You can wait until the last week if you want.  We need them turned in by June 6th, so we can start forming the Fall groups.

New Fall Growth Group Leaders - Let your group know you will be praying that we can raise up new leaders and hosts for new Growth Groups in the Fall.

Raising up new Leaders and Groups

Somewhere in the next five to eight weeks we will be making one of the most significant changes North Coast has ever experienced - the move to the North Santa Fe Campus!   There’s no question it will be exciting to be on the new campus, but as you know we’ve never been about buildings here at North Coast -  it’s always about been about significant relationships - connecting people to Jesus and one another.  That’s why the role of Growth Group Leaders and Hosts has always been foundational to what we consider “success”.  Without people like you we would be about the crowd and not about the relationships.  That’s also why your insight and consideration in launching a new group or helping us recruit new leaders for the fall is vital – right now!  In the next couple of weeks you will most likely be getting a call (if you haven’t already) from one of our Growth Group pastors to see if you can help with one of these options.  We want to do all we can to respond the many new people that may be coming to North Coast in the next 6 months.  We foresee growth in the next 6 to 12 months like we’ve never seen before and we know that means we’ll need people to step up like never before.

Spring Feedback Forms

Feedback forms have been mailed to all group locations. Please hand them out to your group the week of May 23rd and turn them in no later than June 6th.  The last week of the Spring quarter is May 30-June 4. Begin to Get Ready for the Fall

Its time to talk about your plans for the Fall Quarter!  You will receive an updated roster with your Feedback Forms, or it can be found online. Please review what is listed (night, time, location, group focus, members) and submit any anticipated revisions for the Fall Quarter. Thank you for your prompt reply as this will greatly help us to anticipate the needs for new Fall Growth Groups.  You’ll also get a reminder email on this.
