Mike and Niki have been involved in student ministries at North Coast for several years. Mike is currently the director of the Madison Campus High School program, and Niki has been on the main campus Jr. High staff since 2004. Niki graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and a minor in music with an emphasis on Visual and Performing Arts. She also waits tables sometimes at Las Olas Carlsbad. Try the Stuffed Chile relleno with chicken or the charbroiled chicken sour cream enchiladas--mmmm! Mike graduated from Cal State San Marcos in 2004 with a business degree and is currently working as an Operations Manager for Pacific Backflow Company in Oceanside. These newlyweds got hitched January 19, 2008!
