John Schad joined the North Coast staff in 2002 as a Pastor/coordinator of 30something. John is passionate about knowing God, Growth Groups and the un-churched.  John married Lexi on April 9, 2004, and they live in Encinitas with their yellow lab, Nila. Both John and Lexi enjoy getting to know their neighbors and the people of Encinitas by creating block parties in their neighborhood. In John's free time he loves reading, writing, oil paintings and catching a few waves with his friends and neighbors on Saturdays mornings.
